My Thoughts on Entrepreneurship: 3-Month Check-In

This is a 3-month check-in of how I’m feeling as an entrepreneur. It really hasn’t been too long since I left my corporate job and pursued entrepreneurship full time, but I’d be lying if I told everyone that everyday is a walk in the park.

Yes, I am enjoying being able to go for my passion and do what I love everyday, but there are challenges attached to the process of building your own business. If you are an aspiring entrepreneur, already are an entrepreneur, or even a corporate professional who has no desire to do his / her own, this content is relevant. I recorded a 6-minute video of me talking about how I’m feeling and I hope it is inspirational for those of you who are going through what I’m going through.

It’s not easy work to sell your passion to everyone. What you love is not for everyone and there is no need to be concerned about those people. Your true supporters will understand your vision. Just keep working your craft and remain consistent.

It’s okay not to know exactly what you want to do long term. Your feelings and thoughts change all the time. How you feel now may not be the same in 3, 6, 9 months from now. If you ever feel like your heart is not in it like it used to be, it’s time to validate where your roadmap is heading.

Working on your own schedule is awesome! Health and wellness is important, both physically and emotionally. I’m able to set my own schedule without feeling guilty about it. I get to gym whenever, eat whenever, and do work whenever.

Hope you enjoyed this short blog post. Feel free to shoot me any questions if support is needed!
